There are 16 wineries that participate in the Mt. Hood Territory Wine Trail, spanning from Mt. Hood to the Willamette Valley, to the communities of Lake Oswego and West Linn just outside Portland. With so many wineries within a 30 minute drive of Portland, the Wine Trail makes it easy to plan your perfect wine weekend.
