What local product is always in your home?
Tea from Cup of Tea in Clackamas. Their “So Fetch” blend is perfect for Mean Girls fans – I mean, fruit tea lovers.

If Mt Hood Territory had a regional dish it would be:
A baked fall-caught Chinook Salmon with wild rice, smoked crawfish, and toasted hazelnut stuffing topped with sautéed chanterelles. Huckleberry cobbler for dessert.
I think more people should try this area activity:
Take in a production put on by a local theater company.
Mt Hood Territory is unique because:
About 1/3rd of it is within the state’s most urbanized metropolitan area, another 1/3rd is very rural/agricultural and the remaining 1/3rd is forest/mountain wilderness. About half of the Territory falls within the Mt. Hood National Forest, which includes Oregon’s highest point (Mt. Hood) and Mt. Hood Territory is the terminus of the Oregon Trail (Oregon City). Lot’s of options. Lot’s of opportunities.
