Mt. Hood Territory is overseen by the Tourism Development Council (TDC), a nine-member board comprised of business and community leaders volunteering their time to represent the tourism industry. The TDC members are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to three year terms. The TDC directs the work by staff and the investment of Clackamas County Transient Lodging Tax revenues. These efforts are guided by a Tourism Master Plan by and a 5-Year Strategic Plan.
