Check in at participating locations to earn points toward exclusive prizes and entries for our annual grand prize drawing. Plus, many businesses offer special discounts for Tap Trail users! The Tap Trail is free to download and is our way to support local businesses and craft beverage makers, all while helping you discover great new brews. Win, win!

The Mt. Hood Territory Tap Trail includes:

An easy self check-in process to earn points at every location, plus additional special Tap Trail discounts at some businesses
Prizes to choose from at different point levels so you can redeem throughout your Tap Trail journey

An annual grand prize drawing for a 2-night stay on Mt. Hood with activities, worth over $500

Every visit counts! Each time you check in at a participating Tap Trail business, you earn 10 points. Plus, each month, a featured location offers a special deal you can redeem for an additional 20 points. So, if you visit the location of the month and take advantage of their deal while also checking in, you'll be well on your way to your first prize with 30 points!

Mt. Hood Territory Tap Trail Rules & Restrictions

You must be 21 or over to participate in the Mt. Hood Territory Tap Trail. Please drink responsibly.
When visiting a participating stop along the Tap Trail, you can successfully redeem at that location using the self check-in feature. To redeem a discount, self check-in for the discount then show the date stamped redemption in the mobile pass to your server. Each check-in and discount can only be redeemed once. Each check-in earns points that can be redeemed in the in-pass marketplace for prizes. Each check-in will also be considered as one entry into the grand prize drawing at the end of the pass period.
You may spend your points in the in-pass marketplace for the available prize(s) of your choice at any time. Points are spent when used for a prize and your points balance will be updated accordingly.
All prizes will be mailed. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for shipping. Prizes are shipped free of charge.
The passport is valid from January 1, 2023 and ending March 30, 2025.
At the end of the passport period, a winner will be randomly selected for the grand prize (a two night stay on Mt. Hood with activities worth over $500). Winner will be notified via email. Grand prize is subject to change.
The mobile passport is free to download.
Most locations allow underage children on premise, but please check their websites before you go for potential underage hours and offerings. Minors are not eligible to complete a Mt. Hood Territory Tap Trail passport.
There are many alternatives to driving yourself around while participating in the Tap Trail including designated drivers, buses, and mobile car sharing apps. Mt. Hood Territory does NOT encourage driving yourself while making stops along the Tap Trail.
The Mt. Hood Territory Tap Trail is an ongoing passport and the composition of the Tap Trail and its guidelines are subject to change without notice at any time, as are the specific discounts offered at each of our participating stops on the Trail.
