Oregon Donkey Sanctuary is just what it sounds like, a haven for donkeys that were in need of a safe, comfortable and happy home. While they have created that safe space, the other part of their mission is to raise awareness of these animals. That's where you come in; literally. They open to the public on the first and third Saturdays of every month, giving you the chance to see why the folks behind the sanctuary love these animals so much.
Take a tour of award-winning Alpacas at Marquam Hill Ranch in Molalla while learning all about these amazing animals. Pop into their ranch store where co-owner Jennifer Cameron is always showcasing new items and pick up some 100% hypo-allergenic alpaca fiber socks, scarves or mittens while you are there. Most importantly, sign up for an alpaca yoga class on their farm for a one-of-a-kind experience you'll always remember.
