After you’ve soaked in all those dazzling lights, head inside to warm your hands and heart with a cup of hot cocoa. Part Yoga, Part Animal Assisted Therapy. Goat Yoga is about disconnecting from day to day stress, illness or depression and focusing on happy vibes! Fall is the perfect time of year to visit the farm! Beginner level yoga class taught with the company of the goats! 30-minutes of yoga followed by Goat Happy Hour which is free time with the goats to take pictures and enjoy goat cuddles. Class is held inside a cozy barn in inclement weather and outdoors when it’s nice out. It can be chilly, dressing in layers is recommend. *No yoga experience needed.
