(We’re guessing the town’s doughnut-to-resident ratio must be off the charts!)

Start your day at Gwynn's Willamette Coffee House with a masterfully crafted cup of coffee. This coffee house offers an impressive line-up of treats from Oregon City-based bakery, The Pastry Smith. You’ll find a rotating assortment of fresh-baked goods to complement your brew, such as strawberry poptarts, bagels, airy muffins and more.
While you're downtown, a trip to Cutsforth's Market is a must. This local, family owned grocery store boasts a bakery section brimming with fresh, made-from-scratch pastries, cakes, breads and more. Their donuts are legendary, and with a longtime family baking legacy, you're guaranteed the good stuff.
For an authentic Mexican bakery experience, look no further than Oaxaca Bakery. At this family owned gem, you'll find a beautiful selection of Mexican breads, pastries and cakes, all baked with love and tradition. The store also offers a small selection of convenience items.
B's Bake Shoppe is where sweet dreams come true. This bakery specializes in artisanal breads, pastries, confections and coffee. Pick up a loaf of bread to take home for dinner, or indulge in slice of strawberry olive oil cake. Lunch options include soup and sandwiches. The owner and head baker has been honing her craft since she was a teenager, and you can taste the passion in each of her creations.
Located just a few minutes outside of downtown, you'll find Puddin' River Chocolates, a quaint shop full of handcrafted treats inspired by Amish family recipes handed down through generations. They've been creating magic for 21 years, using only the finest ingredients in their truffles, toffees and chocolates. They also bake outstanding shortbread cookies and dense, delicious flourless cakes.
La Conasuper, a grocery store located on the outskirts of downtown, houses a fantastic bakery section overflowing with traditional Mexican breads and cakes. Their goods are baked fresh daily at a second location in southeast Portland before being delivered to Canby.
