Picknicking

Picnicking is an tradition well-represented in the numerous parks throughout Oregon's Mt. Hood Territory. Put your basket on your bike and head out to Graham Oaks Nature Park, with its restored oak forest and abundant wildlife or walk to Old Canemah Park from historic Oregon City and enjoy your al fresco repast beneath bluffs as you watch the river roll by. Magness Memorial Tree Farm is at the foot of Parrott Mountain, where you can pick up a bottle of wine to accompany your bread and cheese. Bon appétit!
