Camp Creek Wildfire Resources

On Thursday 8/24 a lightning strike started the Camp Creek Fire in the Bull Run Watershed area inside of Mt. Hood National Forest. The Camp Creek Fire Facebook Page offers the most comprehensive updates.

Air Quality Resources from Oregon.gov

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality's Air Quality Index reports how clean the air is and provides information on potential health risks. This index and other air quality information is available at Oregon.gov.

Fire Restrictions Notice

Fire restrictions are in place in Mt. Hood National Forest. All campfires (even in campfire rings) and target shooting are prohibited. Check with US Forest Service's Mt. Hood National Forest fire management and restrictions page for updates.

Pup Creek Falls Trail Closed

Access to Pup Creek Falls Trail, as well as the trail itself, are closed due to the 2020 Riverside Wildfire. Please check Clackamas River Road closure notices on the US Forest Service website for updates. 

Indian Springs Trout Farm Closed

Indian Springs Trout Farm experienced a loss of fish after the heatwave in June 2023. They will restock once the weather cools. Check their calendar page to see if it has reopened/they have time slots available to book.
