Danielle is responsible for the overall management of the tourism program and is lead staff support to the CCTDC.
Jeannine is responsible for the coordination of the marketing materials including printed, web, advertising and promotions. She works closely with the marketing agency, Turtledove Clemens, and manages the coordination of the marketing contracts for international marketing, packaged/group marketing, as well as the regional visitor information center staff.
Jae is the development lead staff. She works with tourism partners to assist in developing attraction and hospitality services and packages, and related public infrastructure resulting in expanded, improved and/or new visitor attractions, facilities and services.
Jim is the CCTCA liaison to the local level. He represents CCTCA at Chamber functions, coordinates the Community Partnership Program process, he oversees the matching fund programs and assists applicants with a complete application and provides assistance to new partners in learning how to work with CCTCA opportunities.
Annie is the media relations contact and oversees the social media strategy. She works with publications and freelance writers to both proactively pitch story ideas for the Territory as well as to respond to requests for assistance from the media. She arranges educational (FAM) trips for qualified media. She maintains a database of up to date media contacts, supplies information for guides/directories and serves as the spokesperson for the Territory to the travel media. She assists local businesses and events in the Territory to create media plans and writes the monthly e newsletter sent to an “opt in” list of subscribers.
Dan works under the direction of Jeannine to manage our website – www.mthoodterritory.com - and is responsible for the daily upkeep of the information, the organization of the database, tracking use of the site, monitoring technology trends and recommending changes in the site.
Starla is the "glue" that holds the office together. She manages payables, budgeting, contracts and general operations. She serves as administration to Danielle and provides staff support, schedules and organizes the CCTDC meetings.
Rae is responsible for assisting Jeannine with the marketing responsibilities. She assists in the development and proofing of printed materials, maintains the CCTCA database of partners in iDSS and the website, keeps the calendar of events up to date on the web, coordinates co-op advertising sales and retail operations, and assists in visitor inquiry reports and research studies.
John is responsible for scheduling and appearances of the Mobile Visitor Information Center (MVIC) van at festivals and events in Clackamas County and around the Pacific Northwest. He also solicits coupon offers from tourism partners and develops and implements promotions and contests.
Heather is contracted to represent the four counties of the greater Portland region in the motorcoach/group tour market segment. He works from an office located at the Travel Portland office. His contact with CCTCA is managed through Jeannine Breshears.
CCTCA contracts through Travel Portland for representation in three international markets – Asia, Europe and Mexico. Our main contact at Travel Portland is Barbara Steinfeld and she coordinates with CCTCA through Jeannine Breshears.
